Why Astrology ?
Astrology offers us a unique way of understanding ourselves, each other, and our relationship to time. At its core, Astrology provides insights at the micro and macro level. It reveals truths about both our personal and collective psychology, karma, and the timing of personal and global events.
When clients come to me, we talk in depth about their personality and purpose. During readings, I often hear feedback like, “That’s so spot on! How do you know that?!” Because Astrology so accurately describes a person’s personality traits, emotional style, recurring life themes, strengths, challenges, lessons, and fears, clients think I’m psychic. I wish I was, but I’m not…. yet! I explain that I’m simply interpreting what I see in their birth chart, also known as a natal chart.
A natal chart is a snapshot of the sky at the moment and location of your birth. “As above, so below.” The placement and relationships between the planets in your chart represent energetic nuances that are specific to you and your nature. Your natal chart is like your personal cosmic blueprint and can be used as a roadmap to discover your highest potential.
According to my clients, the most impactful part of the reading experience is a deeper understanding and confirmation of their personality and psyche. Through our time together, they feel seen and validated, often describing an enhanced compassion for themselves and others. They leave our sessions empowered, more comfortable in their own skin, and motivated to pursue their unique paths.

My name is Hokulani, dreamt by a kupuna (or elder) in my ohana (or family) and given to me at birth in the ancient Hawaiian tradition. Hokulani means Heavenly Star.
